And Now Media is a boutique creative house, marrying attention-getting creative with honed marketing strategy. The company represents a new breed of video marketing companies: more than a video production house, and much more affordable than an advertising company. The result: creativity seeded from the unique goals of your brand. The team consists of Emmy and Peabody award winning television producers, directors, writers, shooting and graphic designers from ABC News, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight and other network shows, headed by John Palacio and Luz Montez.

John Palacio is an award winning television producer, director, journalist, writer, media consultant and entrepreneur. John was a senior producer at Good Morning America, “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider” and still produces Prime Time specials for ABC. He is the recipient of an Emmy, a Peabody and is a member of the Director’s Guild of America. John now runs And Now Media and resides in New York with his wife and two children.

Luz Montez is an Emmy award winning television producer with over two decades experience at ABC News. She is an accomplished chef who has consulted other food professionals to perfect their on camera skills. She is also a consultant to New York’s American Museum of Natural History. She is the President of And Now Media, Inc.

Ben Jurin is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker and founding member of the guerilla video collective known as ReelSweetBetty and his short movies have screened at festivals around the U.S. As a freelance shooter/editor, his clients have included Ben & Jerry’s, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Big Lots and Qdoba.


Jesse Cervantes is a writer/director/performer and the creator of comedy website DroppinShorts.com, which has been called ‘the neatest thing I’ve ever seen on the internet’, by his grandma. In 2005, after spending several years as a playwright in NYC, Jesse started producing short form sketch videos. Six years later, he is happy to be a member of the And Now Creative Team, utilizing his skills in Final Cut, After Effects, and Cinema 4D, to create amazing animated, motion graphic, music, and live action videos.

Curtis Peel. Composer, musician, video designer, and interdisciplinary artist, Curtis seeks to expand knowledge and skills as tools to create powerful, interactive experiences, build stronger connections, and ultimately, develop and contribute to a cohesive sense of artistic community throughout the New York City area. His current project and multimedia vision, Futurist, is an experimental/folk-rock band that combines the use of costumes, confetti, stage decorations, projections and lighting, and audience interaction into their live shows.

Paul Robinson began his design journey at a very early age, drawing poorly shaped stick figures while still a wee lad and though the stick figures aren’t much better, his love of a well designed composition has flourished. He then began to set his designs in motion, literally, and a new love was born. Paul is now a design force to be reckoned with. Whatever tool is at his disposal, he is able to create high end, jaw-dropping graphics and animations.
