The And Now Media Core Team is serious even when they’re half lit

And Now Media is a creative house, uniquely qualified to hone and spread your message clearly, powerfully and memorably. They effectively meld broadcast quality television production standards with realistic budgets. And Now was formed by a group of Emmy and Peabody award winning television producers, directors, writers, shooting and graphic designers from ABC News, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight and other network shows, headed by John Palacio and Luz Montez.

John Palacio
John Palacio, is an award winning television producer, director, journalist, writer, media consultant and entrepreneur. John spent over a decade as a senior producer for Good Morning America, overseeing broadcasts from war zones to the trenches of Hollywood. He ran the New York Offices of the syndicated shows “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider” for over three years and was the director in their New York Studio. He is the recipient of an Emmy, a Peabody and is a member of the Director’s Guild of America. John now runs And Now Media and resides in New York with his wife and two children.

Luz Montez
Luz Montez, is an Emmy award winning television producer with over two decades experience at ABC News. She is an accomplished chef who has consulted other food professionals to perfect their on camera skills. She is also a consultant to New York’s American Museum of Natural History. She is the President of And Now Media, Inc.

Ben Jurin
Ben is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker and founding member of the guerilla video collective known as ReelSweetBetty and his short movies have screened at festivals around the U.S. As a freelance shooter/editor, his clients have included Ben & Jerry’s, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Big Lots and Qdoba.

Paul Robinson
Paul began his design journey at a very early age, drawing poorly shaped stick figures while still a wee lad and though the stick figures aren’t much better, his love of a well designed composition has flourished. He then began to set his designs in motion, literally, and a new love was born. Paul is now a design force to be reckoned with. Whatever tool is at his disposal, he is able to create high end, jaw-dropping graphics and animations.

Adam Watstein
Since graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in 1994, Adam Watstein has produced, written, edited, and directed three feature films, which are all available on Netflix. Adam’s first film, “Off The Hook,” screened as part of the Fipresci Competition at the Chicago International Film Festival and it played on the Starz Channel. Adam also spent nine years teaching award-winning film production and broadcast journalism programs at John Marshall High School in Los Angeles and at the Fieldston School in New York.

We left the network world for more freedom and creativity. Therefore, we strive to find fresh, creative ways to approach each new project. We are not a cookie cutter production company that relies on templates. Rather, we work with and try to inspire each client to help them realize their distinct vision.
